In half board case our guests have breakfast and in the evening they can enjoy the Transylvanian traditional dishes. The food is prepared by old village women in the nearby village. Service is at the lodging at the previously fixed time. One menu only for one day. Different groups come at different times so you can have a menu choice if a group didn't asked for half board.
1.) Transylvanian beef soup. Forcemeat (veal) with mushroom, rice and salad. Fruit.
2.) Bone soup with dumpling. Stuffed cabbage leaves. Pudding.
3.) Szekler cabbage soup. Chicken paprikas with corn mush and salad. Cake.
4.) Lettuce soup. Beef casserolle, pasta and salad. Compote.
5.) Vegetable soup. Transylvanian cabbage with veal. Doughnut.
6.) Meatball soup. Potato casserolle with pork and salad. `Bird milk`
7.) Transylvanian pork soup. Corn mush with cottage cheese and cream. Compote.
8.) Tomato soup with stuffed pepper. Schnitzel, rice, salad. Pudding.
9.) Meat soup with noodles. Steak, boiled potato with parsley, salad. Pancake.
10.) Gulas. Schnitzel, smashed potato, salad. Cake.
11.) Potato soup with tarragon and smoked pork. Chicken breast in bread crumbs, rizotto, salad. Fruit.
12.) Bean soup with bone. Pancake with sweet cottage cheese.
